The present project consists in the creation of a commercial complex that meets the needs of the population of the localities considering the trend of urbanization of the municipality, in order to create a place of commerce, recreation and security, generating a pleasant stay for citizens and tourists heading towards the center of Pachuca.
The architectural design was defined considering the physical conditions of the place: the climate and the visual axes.

Finally, these directly influence the solution of the whole design and structural disciplines and facilities and budget analysis.
