Fluid Motion Hotel

This project was developed by Milad Bazazan as a student from Islamic Azad University West Tehran Branch and was submited to the WAS awards 2017 under the Facilities category.

The hotel site is located in the highlands of northern Tehran that has a unique view to the mountains of northern Tehran and city. Therefore, for the use of travelers from all the mentioned views in their limited travel time, a movement system has been created in suites that the user has a different view all over day and night. Suites and rooms are moving by rails in different hours of the day and turning around the hotel and giving the 360-degree view of the north and south of Tehran with different altitudes and different perspectives to user. Also, the service functions that found commonly in the lower levels of the hotels, has been transferred to the residential spaces. This deep space seamlessly all levels of hotel.
