HMS

HMS Residence skyscraper is a building 650 meters in height, which is the highest residential building in the city of Vienna with one of the highest level of comfort and living standard in New Danube district.

The building consists out of 3 equivalent cone-shaped towers connected together, comprising an elevated vertical street. The design of the skyscraper is inspired by the Aries constellation of the 3 main stars, giving name to each tower. The name of the residence comes from the capital letters of these stars: Hamal, Mesarthim and Sharatan.

At the top of the building at the altitude of 440 meters contains SPA complex, a little higher at an altitude of 550 meters there is an observation deck with a restaurant, a little higher at an altitude of 590 meters there is a “Golden Sphere” with a recreational and entertainment area. On the underground floors of the building there is a parking lot and maintenance. Office premises on the lower floors are located on the ground floor where all the conditions are set for effective work on innovative technologies. Additionally, it is possible to place knowledge-intensive modern productions on the first floor. The hotel, lodging and apartments for individual use situate on the upper floors.

The building should be fully serviced by energy due to solar galvanic batteries that produce electricity and create insulation systems with controlled reflectors. The entire façade of the building is glazed for the sufficient insulation of the premises during the day. The insulation system is equipped with transformable reflectors  that improve the day insulation rate of the interior.

The building is equipped with a system of elevators and several staircases, including a fire escape.

The HMS project unifies production, management and human resources at ones, representing an effective economic solution.
