Low-rise residential house of small-sized elements with a personal office

This project was developed by Marina Solodovnikova as a student from Siberian State Automobile and Highway University and was submited to the WAS awards 2017 under the Housing category.

This house is designed for a family consisting of four people, one of which has a personal office.
A low-rise residential building with small-sized walls is designed according to the principle of functional zoning. The space of the first floor is an active zone for economic and domestic processes, communication and reception of guests (panoramic windows overlooking the backyard, large hall and living room, office space). The second floor is a quiet rest area. Such a building in the style of constructivism will be popular for a long time.
