ROS HOUSE

This project was developed by VALENTINA ARROYO as a student from Facultad de Arquitectura Planeamiento y Diseño, UNR and was submited to the WAS awards 2017 under the Housing category.
 The project is the result of the following sequence: 
1- SURFACE: volumetric space
2- SPACE: internal structuring/ divisions
3- ROUTE: programmatic differentiation: private space, semi-public space, public space
4- MATERIAL: architectural envelope, tectonic 

The project is located in a suburban generic land of approximately 42mX29m.
It was decided to locate the house towards the front (south) of the land, releasing the rest to 
locate the pool and develop the garden areas.
The house stands out for a free plant, touching the land only in three points,
two purely structural, and the third one and central, which in addition to being structural, 
it houses the services
